At SciCook, we believe that we are what we eat. Our mission is to make wholesome, science-inspired meals accessible to everyone — food that nourishes the body, uplifts the spirit, and connects communities.

Each dish is chosen not only for its flavor but also for its nutritional value. Cooked with love and guided by principles of nutritional science, every meal is balanced — with the right mix of protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, fiber, and micronutrients.

At SciCook, science means real food, not fads — guided by evidence and rooted in nature. We draw inspiration from global cuisines, selecting dishes that are close to nature, wholesome, and healthy — or can be made healthier through thoughtful preparation.

Our seasonal, rotational menu celebrates cross-cultural diversity, while our community programs promote nutrition education, helping people understand how food choices impact health and well-being. Through shared meals, workshops, and outreach, we aim to empower everyone — especially those in need — to make informed, nourishing choices.

Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Taher Sathaliya brings together his passions for community, science, and food through SciCook. A drug development scientist and immunologist, he founded SciCook to bridge the gap between disease treatment and prevention, using evidence-based nutrition to promote health and dignity. His vision is simple — to create a community where good food, knowledge, and opportunity are shared by all
